Mornings are SO key to life! If you're a fan of my podcast you'll know I LOVE setting the day up by bossing my morning - and I encourage my coaching clients to do the same. The morning totally sets the tone for the rest of the day and actually, keeping a morning routine through the recent pandemic has been one of the things I've been most grateful for.
